Sunday October 15 (12:00PM to 6:30PM)

Join us for a blissful half-day retreat brought to you by amazing small businesses from Chelsea.

We will start the early afternoon with an all-levels yoga class & sound bath by @supyogawithkarine2.0 at Le Studio 105 (@lestudio105.ca). After class, nourish your body with amazing gourmet croissants from Paco Croissanterie (@lebronxpizza), protein balls, fresh fruits, and hot tea. We will then head over to Meech Lake (@ncc_ccn) where we'll enjoy 90-minutes of paddling with @paddlefitca, immersed in the beautiful fall colours of the Gatineau Hills. To finish off the evening, we will make our way to Chelsea & Co - Microbrasserie (@chelseaco.microbrasserie) for complimentary beer sampling palettes!

Please stay with us for diner at Chelsea & Co and enjoy each other's company.

This 2 day river SUP course take us to OWL rafting on the Ottawa river. Here you will learn how to cross eddy lines, ferry across the current and eventually catch and surf standing waves. All under the safe guidance of one of our river SUP instructors. Join our master trainer Jodi Bigelow as he leads this incredibly informative & thrilled weekend !
