4 weeks of SUP yoga & SUP fitness
This is a great opportunity to switch things up.
Enjoy alternating weeks of SUP yoga (Week 1 & 3) & SUP fitness (Week 2 & 4).
SUP yoga takes your practice out of the confines of a studio. Enjoy flowing on your board and on the water, immersed in nature for an experience like none other!
SUP fitness is a perfect way to break a sweat on the water! This is a fun packed fitness class where you’ll move through a full body workout on your paddleboard.
All levels welcome!
7:15pm to 8:30pm.
