Embrace the calming effects of being on the water while enjoying a spectacular sunset. New and experienced participants are able to take part in these tranquil experiences blending breath, body movement, and balance. These classes will help you finish your day in total serenity.
MANDATORY equipment: You must bring your own board, leash, life jacket, lights, whistle, AND your own anchor for SUP yoga and SUP fitness classes. You can make your own anchor by filling a detergent container with clay or sand and attaching a nautical rope the length of your paddle to it. You could also purchaser a 10-15lb dumbbell and attach a rope, or you could simply purchase a small boating anchor.
Although beginners are welcome, this is NOT an intro to SUP class. Participants are expected to be able and comfortable to paddle a short distance and be familiar with paddle boarding. If you do not feel comfortable with your paddling abilities, we suggest you to take an intro to sup class beforehand. Please check our calendar for these classes
