The next week weeks of sup yoga classes are now at 6PM in order to accommodate for an earlier setting sun. Next class dates with @supyogawithkarine2.0 :

This 2 day river SUP course take us to OWL rafting on the Ottawa river. Here you will learn how to cross eddy lines, ferry across the current and eventually catch and surf standing waves. All under the safe guidance of one of our river SUP instructors. Join our master trainer Jodi Bigelow as he leads this incredibly informative & thrilled weekend !

Duration Sept. 23 and 24 2023 (error in flyer)

Accommodations for the weekend: Camping

Owl Rafting Ottawa River

Cost: $300 (plus equipment fees if equipment is needed)
