This coached program (Tuesday and Thursday nights is for experienced paddlers looking to become much more efficient, stronger, and confident on the water. The season is designed to increase your fitness with strength conditioning, agility skills, intervals and long distance paddling sessions. Our objective is to help take your paddling to a higher level, paddle farther more easily, try a SUP race, or just get stronger this summer while on the water.
If you consider SUP a sport, then this is this is the program for you.
Full season memberships, and drop-ins are available.
