"Sound healing is like flowing water. Given that we are made up of 65% water, we can expect musical frequencies to alter our vibrational state. Whether you are looking for an alternative method of healing to coincide with traditional medicine, or are simply looking for a new way to relax, recuperate, and rejuvenate your mind, sound healing is sure to help you find your way!" - Heather This event consists of a paddle on Meech Lake all the way to our anchoring location where we will enjoy a 50 minute SUP yoga flow (suitable for all levels) led by @solangemattaryoga. This course is an entry point into @paddlecanada Instructor Program. Successful candidates will be able to receive the basic or advanced SUP instructor certification upon meeting the necessary requirements.
