This is a 2 hour special event on Meech Lake

Sound healing is like flowing water. Given that we are made up of 65% water, we can expect musical frequencies to alter our vibrational state.  Whether you are looking for an alternative method of healing to coincide with traditional medicine, or are simply looking for a new way to relax, recuperate, and rejuvenate your mind, sound healing is sure to help you find your way!

This event consists of a paddle on Meech Lake all the way to our anchoring location where you will be immersed with a  SUP yoga flow (suitable for all levels) session as you are bathed with the beautiful sounds of singing bowls. This is an incredible Sound Healing experience on the water.

MANDATORY equipment if you are bringing your own board : You must bring your own board, leash, life jacket, lights, whistle, AND your own anchor for SUP yoga and SUP fitness classes. You can make your own anchor by filling a detergent container with clay or sand and attaching a nautical rope the length of your paddle to it. You could also purchase a 10-15 lb dumbbell and attach a rope, or you could simply purchase a small boating anchor.
