Getting your feet wet! – Our SUP Teaser
Designed to get you and your friends on the water quickly, These classes deliver the basic skills to safely get you out on your board and enjoying time on the water. These classes are considered our entry point into taking classes with us so that you are familiar to how we operate. Please consider taking one of these classes if it is your first time with us or as a skill assessment clinics if you are wondering if you are ready for any of our other classes or clinics.
Zero to Hero
This is your chance to get out and enjoy a SUP class every week. These sessions are designed to suit everyone. Beginner to experienced SUP Paddlers will all have their challenges in these classes. What a great way to improve your paddling skills early in the season. Expect your SUP skills and confidence on the water to improve dramatically. Quite simply these classes are set up to pass along skills and knowledge as fast as you can absorb.
Intro and Explore
This is your chance to get out and enjoy a SUP class every week. These sessions are designed to help improve your paddling and confidence as we explore different locations in the region. Learn about SUP safety, how to effectively care for and use the equipment, as well as gain confidence, skills and technics all while exploring a variety of locations within the region. What a great way to get out and enjoy this awesome sport under the guidance of our staff.
Two time spaces available 5:45 pm to 7:00pm or 7:15pm to 8:30pm. Let us know what suits you best when registering.
Wing foiling - harnessing the wind
This intro sessions teaches you technical things about the wind. You learn how to carry the wing, steer it, turn it around and thus “catch” or how to generate the power for the wind. The best time to develop these skills with us is in the winter with our Wing skiing or snowboarding sessions.
Level 2 – Intermediate Programs

Collect your friends and the check our calendar to reserve your boards. These tend to fill up quickly. Full Moons, fireworks, and the super popular Yoga and Sound Healing to name a few. Got ideas Let us now we are always keen to try new ideas to get folks out on the water.
Paddle and flow Yoga / Fitness Series– Exploring your practice on the water!
Take your practice to the water and test your balance and the strength required of the floating mat. Check the calendar for seasons passes, specialty workshops, clinics and retreats.
Guided Tours
These guided tours are an amazing way to explore some of the water bodies around the area. Some we provide the transportation and shuttle services so space is limited. Register early to avoid missing our bus. Got your own group and want help with the logistics just let us know how we can help.
SUP Skillz – Moving beyond the sweet spot!
Expanding your paddle technique with drills and exercises designed to take your paddling to the next level. Check the calendar to chose from specific workshops like, race preparations, pivot turns, forward stroke, and footwork sessions to name a few. We are confident you will gain a lot of new knowledge from these SUP Skillz classes.
Wing Foiling - Wing boarding
These sessions refine the handling of the wing on the water with the support of a SUP board to give you the added stability required at this stage. With light wind and smooth water conditions enabling you the ability to learn how to stand up and catch the wind in your wing. You will be surprised how quickly you make progress and how quickly you ride independently.
Level 3 - Advanced Classes, Clinics and Certifications
There are only two types of paddlers “those that have fallen off their board and those who will” These classes are for those who have already fallen off because they are wanting to challenge themselves and continually push their board skills further.
Riding River Currents – Taking it to the river, drop me in the water!
Refine your advanced flat water skills as we learn how to apply them in the rivers dynamic environment. Crossing eddy lines, board control, balance, ferries and ultimately surfing standing waves will all be introduced in a safe and suitable environment.
Paddle Canada Skills clinics and Instructor training
Flatwater, river, and touring skills certifications and instructor training programs. Check the calendar for specific courses or contact us directly to set up your apprenticeship program with us. We will help you all the way toward your certification goals.
Wing Foiling - Riding the foil
These sessions we put the wing aside for a while and dedicate ourselves fully to the foil and the wonderful feeling of “flying” silently over the water. With the use of our e foil (electric) boards, you can enjoy foiling for the first time without any wing or wind. E foiling sessions are also available as stand alone sessions for those just wanting to learn how to foil.
Level 4 - Expert level programs
For those with considerable board time, extremely comfortable being in the water, and strong self rescue skills (being able to get back up on your board easily and quickly after falling off).
Wing Foiling - Flying above the water
The new freedom of surfing. Wing surfing a.k.a. wing foiling offers water sports enthusiasts an easy and safe way to learn how to hydrofoil. This is where we put it all together taking your ability to gain the power of the wind in the wing and kick your board up on foil. Ultimately one of the coolest and most addicting sensations you will every have.
SUP Surfing - Riding river standing waves
These clinics focus on what to do after you have started to catch the waves. Now it is time to focus on different foot placements, and the use of the paddle (sweeps, rudders and braces) to help you carve and rip the wave up.
